Excellent Experience!! After talking to other car salesmen at other dealerships, I knew I found my guy when I met Rob. He was very friendly and clearly new a lot about my ca After talking to other car salesmen at other dealerships, I knew I found my guy when I met Rob. He was very friendly and clearly new a lot about my car, the Chevy Bolt. He struck me as being very honest, something I don’t expect from car salesmen nor have I experienced before. He made the paperwork a piece of cake and made the deal I wanted to happen. Rob has been available even after I drove my car off the lot. I had a question about the Apple CarPlay. When he had some down time at the dealership he took a Bolt out with his iPhone to see if he could replicate the problem. I got a call back as soon as he had a possible solution for me. I would definitely recommend Rob to anyone looking for a Chevy. The dealership is a little out of the way for me but I’m glad I took the drive. More

I walked out of there feeling happ I thought the process of buying a car would be a horrible experience, but I can honestly say that it was very easy! I walked out of there feeling happy about the purchase I made. My salesmen Andrew was really awesome he wasn't pushy at all which made me feel so much better because I went in there thinking all car salesmen are shady, but he was very relatable and such a cool guy. My dad met me there and after meeting Andrew he felt comfortable enough to leave because I was in good hands! Bill was very helpful and nice when I inquired about the equinox and I fell in love with Lauren in finance, she was really great! Everyone at Copeland is very nice and there to help you, thank you guys so much I love my new car!!! More

Extremely pleasant experience! I truly hate the car buying process but Dee and other staff at Copeland were very kind and helped me through the process with no hassle or lying. Comp I truly hate the car buying process but Dee and other staff at Copeland were very kind and helped me through the process with no hassle or lying. Completely different experience than the horrible service I received at Bourne’s Auto Center. I was lied to at Bourne’s and was told they could get me at the payment I wanted but came back at $80 higher. Copeland was able to get me at the payment I wanted and with a newer vehicle. The customer service at Copeland is impeccable and I’m glad I was referred to them to purchase a newer vehicle. Thank you. More
