I brought a 2017 certified Silverado, It came with a bad keypad, and I received assurances that It would be taken care of, First with a verbal From someone who worked there. Then in another conversation I was promised that it would be taken care of , and that conversation, I was told that I would receive an Email following that one, I never received that Email ! It seems that buying a Certified vehicle doesn't mean anything, Now the last time upon receiving a call from someone who was trying to sell me tires, when I mentioned the key pad Again I was told that too much time had past to do anything.
