Liars! Sales person lied about price of the vehicle until it was time to sign the dotted line. They supposedly made that right then took my deposit that should have been for the first payment went to until it was time to sign the dotted line. They supposedly made that right then took my deposit that should have been for the first payment went to the down payment. Then I purchased the vehicle 4 days prior to the last day of the month and was told I was making the first payment but 2 weeks later I get a bill and was told I paid full month payment for 4 days of the last cycle. I will never purchase a vehicle from Cortese! And do not recommend them either! More

The worst service center I have ever visited across the country. You have to wait 20 minutes or more for someone to acknowledge your presence. They don’t let you know when your vehicle is finished. Only r country. You have to wait 20 minutes or more for someone to acknowledge your presence. They don’t let you know when your vehicle is finished. Only reason I got my vehicle is I got up to use the bathroom and saw it outside ready. Then they attempt to charge you for parts your vehicle doesn’t have. Then have to wait another 20 minutes a three trips inside for the service manual to remove the extra $100. 2+ hours for a 10 minute oil change. More
