Great Deal but At a Cost Cortese had several very nice vehicles we were considering, all priced below what other dealers were pricing similar vehicles. Finally after a week of looking at almost every dealer in 3 counties around Rochester, came back to Cortese to buy the last vehicle we looked at. My biggest issue was that trade in value for 2013 Cadillac ATS was lower than expected due to "previous accident". Caddy was backed into while parked at work and rear bumper and trunk lid was damaged to cost of $2400. This was repaired in 2017 with no issues however the appraisal was reduced significantly because of it. Also, we had a 5:00 appointment to get the "new" vehicle but never got in until almost 6:30. Salesman kept checking in with us but hearing over and over that they were backed up because of selling over 60 cars over the weekend didn't help. More
