Service crew poorly prepared, I came in with a problem and leave with doubts about the car. That's all about the mileage / time for oil change. The problem was that the vehicle start to stall on several occasions and the vehicle was with almost 7k miles. And any indication for oil change appears, and on owner manual and when I get the car was told to me that the car will warning when was time to change the oil. More

Quick service I called for an appointment at 9am for an oil change. I arrived at 10am and told Brian I needed to leave by 11:30. He said he’d do his best. While we were settling up the charges I presented my coupon for a $45 sinthetic oil change. I commented that a competitor wanted $94 for the same service. Thank God for Cortese! Great Service Nick Giudice is an excellent service manager. Lisa LaDelfa is wonderful! Our 2015 van goes to Cortese every 3 months for maintenance services. This Nick Giudice is an excellent service manager. Lisa LaDelfa is wonderful! Our 2015 van goes to Cortese every 3 months for maintenance services. This time, it was determined the breaks needed to be replaced. My husband was given a car to be able to come home for meds and lunch since he is a diabetic and as Parkinsons Disease. That is service above and beyond. The maintenance and brakes were completed in an afternoon and all is well. We'll see everyone again the end of June!
