While we were settling up the charges I presented my coupon for a $45 sinthetic oil change. I commented that a competitor wanted $94 for the same service. Thank God for Cortese! Great Service Nick Giudice is an excellent service manager. Lisa LaDelfa is wonderful! Our 2015 van goes to Cortese every 3 months for maintenance services. This Nick Giudice is an excellent service manager. Lisa LaDelfa is wonderful! Our 2015 van goes to Cortese every 3 months for maintenance services. This time, it was determined the breaks needed to be replaced. My husband was given a car to be able to come home for meds and lunch since he is a diabetic and as Parkinsons Disease. That is service above and beyond. The maintenance and brakes were completed in an afternoon and all is well. We'll see everyone again the end of June! The first warm day after the repair caused opportunity to see that the heat control was stuck on hot. Unable to set to a lower heat setting. I made an appointment for today 3./27. Nick Guidice called me and let me know that there was a cancellation for Monday 3/25. I took it in on Monday. Some loose connections were found. The heat system now works with full heating control.
