And, the shuttle driver seemed a little confused and found it difficult to find my street -- I provided directions to get back to the service location. I'd invest in a good, easy to use GPS system for the driver. More

The Morgan's purchase I had been looking at vehicles for a couple of weeks at other dealerships. I was never given the attention that I needed in order to find a vehicle t I had been looking at vehicles for a couple of weeks at other dealerships. I was never given the attention that I needed in order to find a vehicle that would fit my families needs. I had decided to take a break from looking and then the Manager at my bank (M&T) suggestion Cortese. So my husband and I thought we would just go and look. Joe met us at the door and listened to everything that I told him about the experience at the other dealer. I was straight forward and told him exactly what I was looking for. He took his time and reviewed several vehicles that were on the lot. I was not really wanting to buy a Jeep but my husband wanted my to at least drive one. Joe found one that fit all of our needs in the price range that I needed to be in. It was not just the car but the service that we had.
