Overall good experience Samantha was my salesperson, and I think she did a pretty nice job. After purchasing my vehicle, she followed up a week later asking how the vehicle was. Nice to see someone do that. I think Sam was pretty transparent and straight-forward with things, and that she didn't xx me too much with the typical "car salesman" lines. I mean hey, her job is to sell vehicles so I get it. When signing the paperwork for the purchase, I worked with Dave. He too was nice, and professional. As I anticipated was going to happen, he really tried to get me to buy an extended warranty, as well as a Ziebart package for the Ziebart shop next door. He was professional about all of it, but he at length tried to persuade me to buy these add-ons. As always, I said no. Sam then took me to my new vehicle and walked me through several of the functions and so on inside the Jeep. The only hiccup we had was getting the trial of SiriusXM Guardian to activate, but that wasn't Sam's fault - it ended up being a problem with SiriusXM. All in all, a better than average car-buying experience. I'd come back to Sam again in the future. More

I would work with him again and be more than willing to refer others to him. However, my experience with Cortese was only satisfactory. Some parts of my experience were mediocre at best. I think it's important to let the buyer drive the conversation and at times I felt the Cortese team was a bit too pushy and unfortunately displayed the stereotypical "car salesman" behavior - especially when it came to signing paper work and selling add-ons. Additionally, the day of delivery was unorganized and took almost two hours - an hour longer than expressed. Luckily, these are issues that can be remedied, and I would considered returning to Cortese in the future to work with Michael, again. More
