Mike Nazzaro is an excellent service technician if he didn’t inspect my car before it was taken off to be serviced. I would have never known my water pump and driver side head gasket was leaking. I brought my Jeep into get an oil change on a Saturday. My appointment was at 9:30am. After 2 hours of being there the car behind me wanted to leave so they pushed my car out of the way to let that car o My appointment was at 9:30am. After 2 hours of being there the car behind me wanted to leave so they pushed my car out of the way to let that car out. Then they took every car behind me in line before mine. When I asked why this happened, they said they were short staffed. However, that does not explain why all the cars that day went before me when my appt was at 9:30am. They took everyone first that was in line after me. I never go out of there until 12:30pm. 3 HOURS FOR AN OIL CHANGE. That is NOT OK to make someone wait that long. No one ever apologized. They just kept saying we are short staffed. Well you should have told us that when we checked in then. Needless to say I will not be going back there for this again. More

BEWARE.
