I'm rating Cortese two stars really because of the service representative, Rob. He was great. However, my 2019 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited was brought in to fix a heating issue on the passenger sid service representative, Rob. He was great. However, my 2019 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited was brought in to fix a heating issue on the passenger side of the cabin. After two tries and three days in the shop, the issue is now worse with defroster and floor vents not working properly and the heat temperature now operating on high. I was told the second time that everything was fixed and that there would be no charge (which I appreciated), but actually nothing is fixed and now I'm left with a bigger problem. Not the kind of issues I'd like to deal with in the winter! More
