My Jeep Wrangler spent over 44 days on the second visit for a parasitic battery drain that this center could not resolve. On the first visit they claimed the battery and instrument cluster was bad, and re for a parasitic battery drain that this center could not resolve. On the first visit they claimed the battery and instrument cluster was bad, and replacement of both still didn't fix the problem. Neither the service staff or the customer relations representative (Samantha) followed up to respond to my concerns regarding this ongoing issue, and the vehicle is covered under Mopar warranty. The FCA representative also failed to follow up with the dealership or me regarding the ongoing issue. Currently, FCA and Cortese CJDR have failed miserably, on this issue...... More

He got me to the numbers I was looking at and since I was at work most of the time he accommodated me with texting and email. Also I’m 5 hours away. He was off the day I came up there to pick up the vehicle. So he set me up with Rico.A who is a very polite and knowledgeable young man… who hustled for me the entire time I was there and made me feel like true family .. also even though John.C was off he came up there on his off day just to greet me and gave me a nice firm handshake.. these people mean business here and I give them 10 plus stars if I could.. yes the drive there was soooo long but once I got there I knew I was in good hands. Upset that I received an email for discounts on the same services a week later. Also I could NOT write a check (service center not accepting checks at this time) and had to use a charge card incurring a 3% services a week later.
