The work performed on my car was fine, but the most frustrating part of my recent experience is the delay that could’ve been avoided. I was waiting for a part to arrive, which it did, on a Monday. I co frustrating part of my recent experience is the delay that could’ve been avoided. I was waiting for a part to arrive, which it did, on a Monday. I could not get my car serviced on until Friday due to the dealership being booked out. Fine. It wasn’t until Friday morning after my car was dropped off that I was told that they had actually received the wrong part and would have to order it again (over a holiday weekend), delaying me even more. I don’t understand why they’d call me to inform me about how they received the part and didn’t bother checking to see if it was the correct one until my car was scheduled four days later. It was a headache this time around. More

Appreciated that Gary and Mike took my Jeep in for an issue while out of state. They got the work done, plus a couple other tune-up maintenance things I needed. Also, I was due some new tires which I kne issue while out of state. They got the work done, plus a couple other tune-up maintenance things I needed.
