When I went on 8/19 they were very rude and way to much to type. Now today 8/24 the key they programmed and charged me a arm and a leg doesn’t work! Totally disappointed with Cortese ! On my first trip, they fix my check Engine light then come back again after 4 days. When I go back to services center to re-check again that they me On my first trip, they fix my check Engine light then come back again after 4 days. When I go back to services center to re-check again that they mention, it's require to replace another parts for same error code. They made order and mentioned "come back 4 days", after 7 days when I call them "it's gonna take 2 weeks to fix". it wasted my time and I can't fix my car before long trip that I had mentioned many times. I'm disappointed with their services that doesn't take responsibility. their services is very low !!!!!!!!!!!!! More
