I showed up at the wrong time (I confused it with an appointment time for something else the following week) and they still got friendly and helpful. At this point I would say no, to recommending the service center. I took my 2019 RAM Truck in to have an electronic brake controller installed and programmed to the truck. At this point I have not tried that center. I took my 2019 RAM Truck in to have an electronic brake controller installed and programmed to the truck. At this point I have not tried that out but found that the Remote Starter does not work now after in the service bay. I took it back and the tech did not see anything that was a quick fix, so now I have another appointment set to have that looked at in a week. Now this will be an inconvenience to get a ride to and from the center for another day with the truck in for service. More

I took my car in for inspection and oil change. They were ready to receive it at the scheduled time. Later a service tech called me to let me know that the car would need new tires and new wipers They were ready to receive it at the scheduled time. Later a service tech called me to let me know that the car would need new tires and new wipers to pass inspection. He gave me a breakdown of all the costs and let me know when the tires would be available. It was estimated that the car would be ready late Monday or early Tuesday and the estimate was correct. Overall very happy with service. The car rides like new after new tires and alignment. More
