So I took the old Jeep in for diagnostics ONLY. Suspected PCM problem. Cortese service confirmed that, and let me know the part was 7-10 days out. Except that I specifically said diagnostics ONLY. They were nice enough to find a recall, but when I went to pick up the car they didn’t do the recall service! Living up (down) to the worst stereotype of a dealer service department. More
