Thanks for fixing my truck. Only thing I did not care for was not knowing how long it would take. We went 5 1/2 hours or more without a meal. Like service department. Hate that it generates surveys and phone calls. And multiple emails. Phone call asked to make an appointment. Finally they said the appointment was for them to give me an offer for my vehicle. My vehicle is a handicapped van purchased from United Access. Why would Cortese ask to buy my vehicle out from under me when I need it because my wife is paralyzed and that’s the only way I can transport her. Why can’t you just give me service and not harass me further? Why do you do this? Please please just give me service . Thank you! More
