Cortese service department is the best in Western NY by far. I had a charging problem with my wrangler 4xe and the dealer I leased it from could not fix. I gave Cortese a shot. They gave me a loner vehicle far. I had a charging problem with my wrangler 4xe and the dealer I leased it from could not fix. I gave Cortese a shot. They gave me a loner vehicle and totally corrected the problem. I should have leased my vehicle from them. Rob the service representative kept me informed and updated on a regular schedule. I dropped my car off with Mike to get my tire change, he made other recommendations that I agreed to initially. I later changed my mind and drove back to the dealership to let him know (before they started made other recommendations that I agreed to initially. I later changed my mind and drove back to the dealership to let him know (before they started working on my car) that I only wanted my tire changed and nothing else. He asked why and I told him I’ll take my car to somewhere cheaper for the things he suggested, after which he offered me a 10% discount. I declined the discount. His tone suddenly changed and he became very demeaning and condescending after I declined the offer. The last time I checked I had a right to accept and decline whatever service I want. More

Mike Nazzaro is an excellent service technician if he didn’t inspect my car before it was taken off to be serviced. I would have never known my water pump and driver side head gasket was leaking. But tha didn’t inspect my car before it was taken off to be serviced. I would have never known my water pump and driver side head gasket was leaking. But thanks to Mike they were replaced while my car is still under warranty saving me money on repairs More
