NICE PEOPLE WORK HERE NICE PEOPLE WORK THERE. ROB, MY TECHNICAL ADVISOR WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND VERY THOROUGH ABOUT ANSWERING QUESTIONS. HE DID NOT TREAT ME IN A CONDESCENDI NICE PEOPLE WORK THERE. ROB, MY TECHNICAL ADVISOR WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND VERY THOROUGH ABOUT ANSWERING QUESTIONS. HE DID NOT TREAT ME IN A CONDESCENDING MANNER. AMENABLE TO WORKING WITH MY "TEAM" TO GET MY JEEP BACK ON THE ROAD. THE ONLY THING I DON'T UNDERSTAND IS WHY THEY LEFT THE ENGINE COVER OFF AND THREW IT IN THE CARGO AREA? PERHAPS THEY WERE DOING ME A FAVOR BECAUSE IT WAS 90 DEGREES OUT AND I HAD A 3 HOUR TRIP HOME. NEVERTHELESS A HEADS UP WOULD HAVE BEEN HELPFUL BECAUSE THE ENGINE WAS SO NOISY I THOUGHT SOMETHING WENT WRONG WITH IT. THANK YOU AGAIN FOR HELPING ME. Standard service and replace broken rear license plate light Oil change and rotating tires was done albeit in a bit longer time than I would have expected- 2+ hours. Replacement license plate light was not in the parts department as expected and needed to be ordered. Would have been nice if they had ordered the part when I called for the appointment so it could all be done at the same time. Now need to go back a second time to get light replaced. More
