It was by chance our broken down car was towed to Cortese. All of the staff was so kind & helpful. Our sales person, Brandon was fantastic! I absolutely love my 2024 Escape. I was mislead and taken advantage of by the service rep. I was told my warranty company wouldn't cover the repair and that wasn't true. I later confirmed no one from Cortese service spoke with my warranty c I was told my warranty company wouldn't cover the repair and that wasn't true. I later confirmed no one from Cortese service spoke with my warranty company. I made the mistake of trusting what I was told by the service rep. As a result I was grossly over-charged for a fairly simple repair. It was a horrible experience. I will warn everyone I know about going to any of the Cortese auto companies for repair or purchase. Staff was great, finding and communicating better warranty information than what I had. Work was done well and within the time frame that I had hoped for. All the Ford dealerships within an hours dri warranty information than what I had. Work was done well and within the time frame that I had hoped for. All the Ford dealerships within an hours drive of me couldn't get me in for 1 - 3 weeks. Cortese got me in the next day. So even though it's nearly a 2 hour drive for me from the eastern Finger Lakes, Cortese will be my go-to service center going forward! More
