Just in Time for Winter Having been out of town for the month of November, the first snow fall I encountered upon my return (and the inability to get my car up the driveway) Having been out of town for the month of November, the first snow fall I encountered upon my return (and the inability to get my car up the driveway) made me realize I needed to quickly get my snow tires on. I made a call to Cortese and they told me to bring up my car the same day, They mounted my tires and also realized my oil change was due (that observation saved me a return trip). That type of response and service is the reason that Cortese Ford is the ONLY place I will take my car. The attitude of the people you deal with is tremendous and the local WiFi allows me to work while waiting for my car. More

Great Buying Experience - Again! I drove a few different cars at different dealerships before coming to Cortese Ford. Cardell Bouie was the most knowledgeable regarding the Explorer I drove a few different cars at different dealerships before coming to Cortese Ford. Cardell Bouie was the most knowledgeable regarding the Explorer I drove compared to other dealerships/salespeople/cars. Once we started focusing on one particular car I dealt directly with Sales Manager Dave Eichelberger regarding the number$. There was no "back and forth" between sales person, manager, me and back again. Very clean and efficient. Even the other personnel on the floor were friendly and outgoing, at times to the point of having conversations with them while I was waiting for something. A great atmosphere for a customer. There was a little "hiccup" in the deal/process which Dave addressed professionally and to my complete satisfaction. I bought a Jeep from Cortese previously and now a Ford - I would recommend Cortese and go back again in the future - Thank you gentlemen! More

Recall on Truck I brought my truck in for a recall and transmission issues and Darren was very helpful. I was disappointed that FORD doesn't do loaner cars because I I brought my truck in for a recall and transmission issues and Darren was very helpful. I was disappointed that FORD doesn't do loaner cars because I was without a vehicle for 5 days and it is a brand new lease I pay to drive! So that is something that needs to be considered. However my visit was overall pleasant because the issues were fixed and Darren was on top of anything else I needed. More
