Staff was pleasant. I felt 2 hours for an oil change was just too much for me (upon arrival was told 1 hour wait). Bad customer service. They don't care about the customer at all or fixing your vehicle properly. My vehicle was there 3 times for the same problem and still not fixed and They don't care about the customer at all or fixing your vehicle properly. Fast service. Courteous. Good advise. Great experience. Darren replaced as small part that helped our car shift. The part was not covered on our drive-train warran Courteous. Good advise. The labor was the major cost, but well worth it to have our vehicle back to our family in such a short time. We had the vehicle back in a very short time and Darren was great throughout this process. I hope that Ford initiates a recall to permit a refund for this. More

I love Cortese because of Darren Sneddon. He works hard and always does everything he can to meet customer needs. Also, Zach Sypolt was a wonderful salesman with an outstanding personality.
