Dropped my car off at 6:30am and went to pick up at 4pm. Not done until 5pm. I was told if needed at a certain time should of requested at time of making appointment. Would of been nice to know that. After looking at used vehicles at other locations we realized we could buy brand new for less from Cortese. So we went there on wednesday told them where we needed to be and they made it happen.
