I have worked with the same service rep, Al Rossiter, for six years now. He knows me when I walk in the service entrance; he knows how I like my dashboard setting re-set after servicing. Cortese Ford has d six years now. He knows me when I walk in the service entrance; he knows how I like my dashboard setting re-set after servicing. Cortese Ford has done all my warranty work as well as all my post purchase service and I've never had any issues. I love my 2017 Ford Explorer that I purchased new from Cortese! More
