5 star rating for the parts department. Always friendly and helpful when i need parts. If they don't have a needed item in stock (they usually do), they either get the item quickly - usually within a coup and helpful when i need parts. If they don't have a needed item in stock (they usually do), they either get the item quickly - usually within a couple hours - or point me to another dealer that has it. Latest purchase was new battery and thermostat for my F-350. Top notch service. Thanks again guys. More

Gentlemen, I appreciated the work you performed on my last appointment, the loud noises when engine is cold was resolved however, the eco boost feature isn't working since. Never have an issue with Cortese Ford Service. All the guys have always been pleasant. Most recently I was in for a NYS Inspection, oil change & tire rotation.
