Totally pleased with Cortese really wish I didn't have to try so hard to get my payment where I wanted it. But I guess it's the same everywhere. I really don't like the fact that I lease and I get non st to try so hard to get my payment where I wanted it. But I guess it's the same everywhere. I really don't like the fact that I lease and I get non stop calls about my extended warranty. If I bought it I could understand but I didn't. And I think it's stupid I lease a truck that can pull over 13,000 lbs. And you put 3 plie tires on it and don't allow to op for the proper tires on a lease. More

I am extremely upset. I just recently purchased the vehicle from Cortese Ford. I made it very specific as to what I wanted done and made a appointment for the work. They were supposed to flush the tran vehicle from Cortese Ford. I made it very specific as to what I wanted done and made a appointment for the work. They were supposed to flush the transmission and completely go through the vehicle. This is the stuff that should have been done before I purchased it. I made it clear to Ron and the service manager that it was obvious that it wasn't done before the purchase. When I asked about the transmission when I picked it up from service they stated that they didn't feel that the transmission needed to have anything done with it. Now less than a week after having the so called service done I have a pretty good exhaust leak. This should have been found or at least noticed when the vehicle went through the inspection process. This is extremely frustrating. I would not recommend going them for service because I feel that they skip over the little problems to hopefully get bigger and higher paying repairs in the future. More

Recently purchased a blue 2020 Ford Escape. I had previously leased a 2018 Ford Escape from Cortese. Dealership offered a program to pay off remaining lease payments.
