I dropped off my vehicle May 15. And got it back August 12. During that time I was treated like everything was my problem, when it was a manufacturing defect. I finally got a rental and it was more expensive than getting outside of the dealership. I had called to check up on the progress of getting my vehicle fixed and I requested and was told I would get a callback. I got about 4 callbacks in the 3 months that they had my vehicle. All and all it was a nightmare experience! More
