Lost the keys to my truck and wasn’t notified they were indeed lost until I showed up at the dealership to find out when my truck would be ready for pick up. Allows you to book service with shuttle, but doesn't have a shuttle, and doesn't offer anything except an apology to make up for it after you only find out after arriving.
