Cortese Ford Lincoln - Service Center

I would definitely think twice about purchasing a Ford from Cortese!!!!!. I have a 2016 Ford Fusion that has been sitting at Cortese since August 2nd waiting for a new motor that is covered under warrant from Cortese!!!!!. And they aren’t doing anything to help me, I have had to pay out of pocket for a rental car for several months now and the expense is outrageous!!!!! I have spent over $2500 in rental car fees and the part is still not here!!!!!!! 😡😡😡 More

Quick, easy and reliable procedure. Staff is helpful. I have never had any issues at this place. Though it is 20-25 minutes to drive to the center, I have preferred to go there. Wonderful service people, mostly time sensitive. I was promised an hours grime but 2 service employees were out sick. Took more like 2 1/2 hours but I am retired, we are in CV time. I was pleased with the service overall, the only reason that it wasn’t 5 stars is because I got voicemail every time I called back and I didn’t get any details in the voicemails left for me.
