I would definitely think twice about purchasing a Ford from Cortese!!!!!. I have a 2016 Ford Fusion that has been sitting at Cortese since August 2nd waiting for a new motor that is covered under warrant from Cortese!!!!!. And they aren’t doing anything to help me, I have had to pay out of pocket for a rental car for several months now and the expense is outrageous!!!!! Quick, easy and reliable procedure. Staff is helpful. I have never had any issues at this place. Though it is 20-25 minutes to drive to the center, I have preferred to go there. Wonderful service people, mostly time sensitive. I was promised an hours grime but 2 service employees were out sick. Took more like 2 1/2 hours but I am retired, we are in CV time. I was pleased with the service overall, the only reason that it wasn’t 5 stars is because I got voicemail every time I called back and I didn’t get any details in the voicemails left for me. If I can’t answer my phone, you should not just say “please call me back” when you have no intention of answering on your end. Just leave the details in my voicemail. I was unhappy with my last visit. I was annoyed with being scheduled an appointment for a recall only to show up and be notified that the part had to be ordered. Also after calling several times to reach out to a service rep about some paperwork from my warranty that's wasn't returned and an update I've never received a call back after leaving a voicemail. After about a month they reached out to advise the part was in and scheduled an appointment. However I have yet to return to have it completed. I had an oil change done back a few minutes ago which prompted me to do the recall. I noticed they never topped off any other fluids in the vehicle as most service centers would automatically do. Just not impressed so far with the level of service so far. Didn't even offer shuttle service. More
