Very professional And Timely The service team seems to be doing their best effort to try to diagnose the problem even though they haven't discovered what the problem is yet and they're keeping me informed. Pulled my truck into the service bay and said it got stuck in drive. Couldn't get me a loaner car and just expected that I would be able to get a ride at noon on a Wednesday. Rather then a 30 min oil ch stuck in drive. Couldn't get me a loaner car and just expected that I would be able to get a ride at noon on a Wednesday. Rather then a 30 min oil change they made me sit around for an hour and a half before they told me I had to get my own ride. $90k vehicle and they treat me like xxxx. xxxx them and xxxx ford. More

The dealership is too huge to feel personal. I felt like I had to do all the calling to find out when my car would be ready. There were repair/maintenance items supposedly found on my car that n I felt like I had to do all the calling to find out when my car would be ready. There were repair/maintenance items supposedly found on my car that needed work, but when then I pressed a little more about my battery, it turned out it was fine and it could wait - when they discovered the battery was still under warranty. Makes me suspicious as to whether any other items really need work. More
