I didn’t have any issues with the buying experience but after the purchase has been a different story. I purchased from out of state and everything was as expected until I showed up and found that the tail after the purchase has been a different story. They put it in the “we owe” that the Corwin near my house would take care of it for me. I followed up multiple times and have been told I would be getting a call or that they are working on figuring it out but it’s now 5 months later and it is still not fixed. I’ve called multiple times and nobody seems to be able to make anything happen. To me what makes a dealership great is one you can trust and that keeps their word. When you purchase a vehicle and a deal is made, that deal should be upheld. Corwin Ford tric-cities has not and that’s why they deserve a 1 star review. Will never purchase through them again. More

Terrible dealership. They sold a CPO vehicle with a bunch of issues and then refused to do anything at all when those issues were brought to their attention.
