Not impressed from start to finish. Truck had issues mentioned on 172 point inspection we had concerns about and dealership refused to acknowledge. Took us a week of repeated phone calls and messages to even get Service to respond. As we drove out of the lot, truck started knocking. They had 3 weeks to fix it and just ignored it. Serious lack ot attention to detail at this dealership. Would not return. More

Don't know where to start. We set an appointment up, drop it off to find out days later that the guy we set it up with doesn't remember. And it sat for 3 days. When we had paperwork in the truck about the appointment. No communicattion at all. When asked about how long it seems like it was a just ignorance with attitude and a simple answer of they are working on it. Not hey, we will try to get it out as soon as possible we can and we will let you know when we know something. Costumer service is lacking. And some of the reasons for mechanical issues are so far off. Curious to see what they found. More
