Awful service department. Charged for work that wasn’t completed. After months of calling and emailing, I was finally reimbursed, but only partially. This place is a joke and I will never bring my vehicles back. Used to go here for all service needs when it was under previous ownership (Larry H Miller). It has since gone downhill significantly. I purchased my RAV4 Prime from a gentleman who was new to the dealership and to Toyota and therefore not familiar with the product. The week following my purchase, Kim was kind enough to take an hour out of the dealership and to Toyota and therefore not familiar with the product. The week following my purchase, Kim was kind enough to take an hour out of her schedule and educate me on my new vehicle. She walked me through the entire car as if I were her customer and I learned a lot. My only regret is that I didn't know to ask for her when I walked on the lot.
