On 10/31/23, a used Toyota Sequoia was listed on their website. At 830am I called and spoke to a salesman named Carson. He informed me that the car had to go through the shop before being available but it website. At 830am I called and spoke to a salesman named Carson. He informed me that the car had to go through the shop before being available but it was a trade and he would send me pictures and a Carfax. Once I received those later in the morning, I said I would come down to see the vehicle (1.5 hours each way from Denver) around 2pm. He told me to come on down and I could test drive the vehicle as we exchanged several texts, emails and two phone calls. At 1:45pm when I was already the majority of the way there, the sales manager called me and informed me the car had been sold. They didn't offer to take a deposit on it, I had been communicating with them all day and this was an absolutely shady way of doing business. If you look at other reviews, including Carguru's, it seems this is a common way of doing business for them. They then tried to sell me on a completely different and random used car. As a car enthusiast and informed car buyer, I would not recommend working with this dealership. More
