I usually say that buying a new car is as painful and time consuming as buying a home. How untrue at Coulter Cadillac! Sarah Bart, Finance manager, was exceptional, even helping in areas outside her normal scope of work. We purchased our Cadillac out of state and shipping logistics, paperwork, contacts, title etc. she helping in areas outside her normal scope of work.
