This was our first time to Coulter Cadillac. We wanted to see their inventory since a prior dealership we'd been to didn't have much. We knew none of the dealerships had alot to choose from. However Bill Durst listened to us and gave us a great solution. He was great to work with and a nice guy. Sarah Burt was also pleasant to work with in getting the paperwork done. Other than the fact we were at the dealership for 5 hours, we are very pleased with our purchase. Part of the wait was because the car we chose was at a different location so we had to wait for it to be brought over. I love being part of the Cadillac family and would highly recommend Coulter Cadillac. More

Bo Sigler was awesome he took care of our Escalade. Didn’t realize we had come to the end of our warranty, he went through the vehicle from starboard to stern and make sure everything was perfect.
