Purchasing 2017 GMC Denali I had been looking on line for months I called GMC Coulter and my call was transferred to Mark Owens, I informed Mark I was looking for a GMC Acadia, I had been looking on line for months I called GMC Coulter and my call was transferred to Mark Owens, I informed Mark I was looking for a GMC Acadia, he asked a few questions and did not pressure, basically told me to let me know when I was ready, I called a second time pretty much the same response. When I was ready I did not call Mark I just showed up, I asked for Mark but he was not on site, that is when I met Jose Albanil, I asked about Mark and he informed me that he would be back in latter, he immediately informed me that he could take care of my needs and that him and Mark would split the "deal / process" the sale moved forward. the funny thing is that I never met Mark only talked with him on the phone twice however that made no difference to Jose, the teamwork and loyalty to his peer impressed me. Jose did all the work and was satisfied in supporting his co-worker and the business. Jose was polite professional and enjoyable to talk and do business with. GMC Coulter is high class, professional, and the employees are the same. My experience was, excellent. I drove away a happy customer and I love my Denali. Thank you Jose! PS the finance person David Smoker not impressed, he clearly is a sales person. 2 stars More

Lies by omission - A huge disappointment! Initially this dealership was highly recommended by a family member. I found the vehicle on the web site and visited the dealership the following day. Initially this dealership was highly recommended by a family member. I found the vehicle on the web site and visited the dealership the following day. I specifically inquired about the GPS Navigation feature, but was told that this was available through OnStar. I queried about the built-in Navigation feature, but Jon Bierd redirected me back to OnStar. He never mentioned that the Envision I was buying didn't come with built-in Navigation - despite there being 25 pages dedicated to operating this feature in the Buick Infotainment manual. The manual was silent on the subject and didn't include the common wording prefacing the subject "If equipped." Once I got home I learned that the GPS mapping feature wasn't included, so I asked Jon for the cost to upgrade. I had to follow-up several times before Jon advised that the feature could not be added to the model I bought. A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! More

I had an idea what I wanted and Bill took me straight to the right vehicle. Sarah really helped ease my mind as far as having a car payment again. She got me a great interest rate and explained all my options for car care and putting a service agreement into my package. I felt very comfortable with both Bill and Sarah, no pressure, seamless sale. I love my new Cadillac XT5, she is a real beauty! More
