We received an out-the-door price over the phone on a vehicle with the specific options we wanted, came in, drove the car, and had everything finished with Robby in 20 minutes. The only blip (not his fault) had their finance folks tied up with computer and printer problems that delayed my getting out the door by a couple hours.
