Best Buying Experience Ever....and we drive BMW's!!!! I was skeptical when my spouse wanted a Cadillac XT5. We had been loyal BMW customers for years but recently have not been thrilled with the quotes o I was skeptical when my spouse wanted a Cadillac XT5. We had been loyal BMW customers for years but recently have not been thrilled with the quotes on a new lease or the service provided every time we took the cars in for maintenance. Paul Glans changed all of that. We leased a new XT5 with no games or gimmicks. He showed us true numbers and treated us with nothing but courtesy and respect. We literally drove home in the car in less than an hour!!! We happily turned in our BMW and love our Cadillac! We were more than happy to inform Chapman BMW when we turned in the BMW X3 why we purchased a Cadillac instead of another BMW. Amazing Experience!! First off, understand I dealt with countless dealerships throughout Arizona before finding Coulter GMC in Phoenix. Jose Albanil and Mark Polites. Thes First off, understand I dealt with countless dealerships throughout Arizona before finding Coulter GMC in Phoenix. Jose Albanil and Mark Polites. These two gentlemen are an amazing team. I completed the entire transaction off site so there was an enormous amount of coordination and hoops they jumped through to make this happen, literally without skipping a beat. There was no wasting my time, going back and forth on my trade, they gave me a fair assessment first go around, that literally is a first for me and I have traded and purchased over 15 vehicles in my life. Then came the financing, typically I always find this part of the business at a dealership to be the most hidden and dishonest, however, NOT the case here. Mark provided me with the exact APR I asked for, as a consumer that tracks and cares for their credit history, you should never settle. Secondly, I got called out of state for business and my wife had to go pick up the new vehicle. My wife was greeted as if she was family, had fresh baked cookies waiting for her and got her all squared away. My wife stated, you can tell when people are genuine and further stated everyone she interacted with was so amazing that she wished she could have the entire staff over for a BBQ at our house (open invitation Mark and crew lol). Anyhow, I could go on and on about how overly satisfied I am, but seriously this is the first review I have ever completed for any team of this nature, well deserved!
