We fell in love with the a 2019 Denali, but unfortunately it was out of our budget. Paul and Dureen said "No problem! Lets see what we can make happen for you". Within a couple days, they found a gently used 2018 Sierra for us and it was absolutely perfect. They were able to process all of our paperwork prior to our arrival. We were in and out. They knew exactly what we wanted and needed. They went above and beyond to take care of us. Not pushy sales people. They made us feel like we were dear friends. Happy Mother's Day to Me. I came into the dealership on May 11, 2019 to have my 2015 Buick Verano serviced with an oil change and have new windshield wipers installed. Instead I came into the dealership on May 11, 2019 to have my 2015 Buick Verano serviced with an oil change and have new windshield wipers installed. Instead of sitting down in the service waiting room I walk through to look at the new Cadillacs. That's when I met Dureen Olson, she was kind and non-pushy. As I was looking at the few cars that were on the show room floor, she asked if I wanted to go upstairs to see more cars. I said where upstairs? She said in our other show room. As we went up the elevator the doors opened and I was like "WOW". Long story short I came in a 2015 Buick Verano, which I had named Brad. LOL. And I left in a 2019 Cadillac XT-5. Everything went right for me as I purchased a 2019 GMC Canyon there on 4/23/19. I didn't want to finance a new purchase as my 9 year old truck was starting to have electronic problems where the sensors needed to be ordered, so I decided after looking online to stop by Coulter GMC. First off, I have to recognize Jose Albanil, he was incredible with his no pressure attitude and the one skill that ever salesperson should have, Jose listens. I told him my financial limits and he made it work for me. Plus Tim Raspiller and Chris Harder in financing all pulled together to get me into a new vehicle at payments I can make. I would recommend at least stopping by at this dealership and seeing if they can make it work for you. More
