I initially found out about Coulter on Camelback when I was online looking for a dependable, AWD/4WD, crossover or SUV that can be reliable for driving in the White Mountains. The vehicle needed to not only handle extreme weather such as the recent Snowpocalypse 2019 in Northern Arizona, but also meet a decent price point that didn't hurt me and my wife's monthly income when it came to financing. The folks over at Coulter was respectful and courteous and bent over backwards to make sure that my wife and I made our new vehicle purchase a reality. In specific, Tim Totaro was one of the employees assigned to us and he was nothing less than detailed and thorough. The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly as everyone greeted us without any high pressure sales tactics whatsoever. Sarah Burt from finance was equally courteous and respectful and cared about me and my wife's ability to drive off the lot stress free; which certainly happened. We drove off the lot, with huge smiles on our faces. More

Not only did Dante (at Coulter) immediately respond with my request for additional pictures at the end of his work day, but he was waiting for me when I arrived at the dealership the next morning. After a quick test drive, I was sold. While waiting for the truck to be detailed the dealership found a defective rear window lift and replaced the regulator (no charge to me) while I waited. Who does this? I had not previously purchased a used vehicle through a dealer, but this experience has convinced me of the benefit of doing so and of dealing with Coulter specifically. Also the facility is very clean and well cared-for; a very comfortable place to do business. Highly recommend Dante and Coulter Cadillac Buick GMC! Oh, and the price for the truck was at the lowest end of the kbb "fair market value" spectrum. More

We decided to buy from Coulter because my dad bought a car from them recently & because of the reputation of Coulter. We looked at other dealerships but we felt that Coulter would stand behind their inspection of a used car & give us a car that was in good condition and fixed right. We are so happy with our car. We had a problem with the alarm & took it back the next day after we bought it & it was a dead battery in the key fob that they replaced. We enjoyed working with Brian Castonguay & Victor Padilla. We also thought Sarah Burt was great in helping us get financed at 8pm at night. We also are thankful to Jose Albanil who showed how to work all the gadgets in the car & helped us get into the service the next day to get the alarm looked at.
