An exceptionally pleasant experience. I have purchased/leased over 25 vehicles during the past thirty years for my family. My experience with Coulter Cadillac was by far the best I have h I have purchased/leased over 25 vehicles during the past thirty years for my family. My experience with Coulter Cadillac was by far the best I have had regardless of location ( MI, CA, WA or AZ). My tendency is to keep my opinions to myself, however, if my experience reflects their “standard” of customer attention and guidance then, without hesitation, you should give them the opportunity to earn your business. Brian Castonguay and Roger Farney saved me hours of frustration by hearing my needs as to features I wanted in my next car. I went to dealership with the hope of getting a Buick Envision but thinking I would probably drive off with a GMC Terrain. The outcome is I have a 2019 Cadillac XT 5 in the driveway. Their guidance/knowledge/experience allowed to get more car for less money. That is value and that is why I am sharing my experience. More

Used Car Purchase Amazing used car buying experience. Started out meeting with Bill Durst who was very accommodating tracking down the used truck that I had come to tak Amazing used car buying experience. Started out meeting with Bill Durst who was very accommodating tracking down the used truck that I had come to take a look at. After an exhaustive search and a lot of walking Bill found the truck and took us on a test drive. No pressure to make a decision and answered all my questions. Went back in a week later and met with Austin Ekeroth as Bill was unavailable. After taking a 2nd look at the truck Austin introduced my to his Sales Manager Tim Raspiller. Really enjoyed meeting with Tim as he listened to my concerns and gave me an education on hidden fees and add-on's that I was being bombarded with at other local dealerships. Chris Harder in finance made the closing of the deal painless and was very informative. Hope that I dont need a new car anytime soon, but when I do they will be the 1st I go see. Thanks All More
