One if not THE best service I've ever received! Right from the beginning when my family and I arrived to Courtesy Acura we were greeted with a smile from Jim. He was very friendly and asked us if we needed help or any refreshments. My family and I came to the dealership knowing the exact car and trim we wanted and so Jim showed us the car and answered all of our questions. There was little things that Jim did that I will always remember such as opening the doors to the vehicle with such care as to not damage the vehicles and I say this because another dealership I went to recently, the salesmen opened the door when and it hit the car that was parked next to us. Jim even spoke a bit of Chinese and it surprised us all and all in all it was a wonderful time. I'll 100% recommend Courtesy Acurca; especially Jim to any and all of my friends and family! More

It wasn't my battery it was my alternator! So after getting my vehicle serviced thinking it would be good for a little trip, I broke down out of town during a personal event. So not only did I waste my money on a battery, I wasted my time and money going to my favorite car dealership (besides Tesla) I'm not likely to return. More
