Alec was awesome! I purchased my vehicle used from Courtesy Acura last year. They had installed a genuine Acura battery that failed after only 10 months. Although, it was found that apparently, Acura doesn’t honor their 3-year battery warranty on non-Acura vehicles (even their parent company, Honda), Alec went to bat for me.
