Another upsell Service department was clean and on schedule. Only problem was the attempt to upsell sell me on transmission and differential service which was "re Service department was clean and on schedule. Only problem was the attempt to upsell sell me on transmission and differential service which was "recommended" by Honda at 30,000 miles. I declined, got home, read my owner's guide to find that my RDX will tell me when these are required. Thankfully it was a rather soft sell, unlike when I purchased the car and nearly walked out after telling the closing agent that I didn't want to buy an extended warranty for the third time! More

Best car buy experience I spent all summer looking for a slightly use RDX and kept getting irritated with the overly salesy used car guys. They’d show me cars that looked beautiful with tons of mechanical issues saying that of course they’d fix everything before I purchased, just take this car with the dead battery for a spin! I was worn out and frustrated, thinking I’d never find my car. Then, I saw a vehicle listed on the Courtesy Acura in Littleton website and sent in an inquiry. It was already sold, but they had a newer one with less miles just traded in they were cleaning up. Daniel, my sales rep, had me take it ou for a test drive and kept in touch with me through the detailing and inspection/ repair process. Everything was great once I got there to finalize things. Car was ready and had the necessary repairs completed, all the financing was good to go, and they even took my old Honda as a trade in! I will definitely be coming back when I upgrade! More

I had my car serviced on August 30 for what I thought was an easy repair with my headlight. After taking about six hours to diagnosis my car which I thought was odd since a headlight diagnosis should be seamless if it is just the bulb, I was told that I would need a new bulb, inverter and ignitor and would have to pay $1264 for parts and $238 for labor. I felt a little uneasy about this diagnosis and the price so I decline that service at that time and picked up my car the next day. I felt even more uncomfortable the following day about this dealership when my diagnosis paperwork had no information on it and I had to request having the information written down. I feel like if I paid $88 for a diagnosis the least you can do is give me complete paperwork. I am so happy I went with my gut feeling and called the competitor dealership. Not only did they quote me $200 less but they also repeated a diagnosis (which honestly I was a little annoyed about since I had already paid for one and thought I knew what I needed repaired). I am so happy that a diagnosis was done because only my bulb needed to be replace and I walked out with a working headlight and $1000 still in my pocket. Yes I was probably taken advantage of by Courtesy because I am female and might have not seemed to educated on cars. However, my concern with Courtesy is that a bulb should not be difficult to diagnosis. From my limited understanding you take the good light bulb and place it where the bad light bulb is and see if it lights up. Courtesy either has poorly trained mechanics or they were trying to make a couple extra dollars from me. I am sad to say I will never go back since this place came highly recommended. I'm even more annoyed that I paid $88 for a crappy diagnosis (thank god they aren't healthcare providers) but in the end thankful that I saved over $1000 not having my car serviced by Courtesy. More

Service and reliability were the 2 big factors that influenced my decision to purchase a new 2019 MDX. I fully expect to receive the same great service with m y new vehicle. More
