Disappointing Was just needing a routine maintenance. First it was hard to get someone to call us back to set appointment. Second, we bought the car one year ago with two free oil changes. When my wife went to check out they said the 2nd oil change was expired by a few weeks and made her pay. I have bought 3 new cars from Courtesy and get this kind of service. Very Poor! More

Good Experience Like the previous services, this one was again prompt and with good attention by supervisor. I did not have to waste any time at the service center thanks to the courtesy shuttle home and back. More

Nice service, on time and work done as needed I had to make my appointment about a week ahead in order to get a rental car, but the car was ready for me and the work performed in the time allowed. My only slight complaint was that I had asked for the inside windshield to be.cleaned and it never was. (I have a hard time reaching all the window area.) Also a part of my Nagivation had gone out about 2 weeks before, and it turned out that it was part of the 3 year free AcuraLink plans that they give you when you purchase a new vehicle. I had no idea that this was part of that system that I know nothing about and have never paid for, and felt like an email or something should have been sent to me telling me that this system was going out and I had to buy it if I wanted these features back. I only use the nagivation part which you can look ahead and see how slow the traffic is and for how long mileage wise. When I picked up my car and asked about what the AcuraLink was, etc. no one knew anything about it or what it cost,etc. Not very good sales here folks! The advisor printed something off the Internet for me to read!!! He had no idea what I would get for my money, if I decided to get it. It reminds me of Onstar in GM cars. At least the folks at GM knew about it when I had a GM car, I find the whole system for hands free everything, nav, etc. very non user friendly. I guess if you want to upgrade to a 2019 this has been improved. I even had my BLuetooth go out for about 6 months when I bought my new IPhone 7! Another glitch in their tech products. Love my MDX, but use little of the extras on it. More

Matt not only keeps me informed but makes certain that I am satisfied with every aspect of the service provided at Courtesy Acura, right down to every detail! This past November I experienced a medical emergency upon arriving at Courtesy to leave my car for an oil change and Matt, recognizing the seriousness of my condition, arranged immediately for me to be driven next door to the hospital ER. He then followed up with me by phone twice to ensure my health first and the safe keeping of my vehicle! I could not be more appreciative of the kindness offered me that day on behalf of this excellent individual. I highly recommend Courtesy Acura not only because of this experience, but the professionalism and accuracy I receive each time I leave my vehicle for service. The facility is always impeccably clean, even the garage where the work is performed. More

Matt exceeded my expectations in a warm, efficient and conscientious manner. I also appreciate the extras like a loaner and a car wash that make having your car serviced as convenient and pleasant as possible. Although one of the main complaints and frustrations about my Acura continues to be an infuriating mystery (it locks itself with the fob inside), I believe everyone tried their best to address the problem. More
