After a stop elsewhere we realized the newer Grand Cherokees were much bigger than our old one and started looking for a Cherokee. Phil was terrific in matching us with a 2015 which was going to come in on trade but hadn't yet reached the lot. We scheduled an appointment as soon as it arrived (even before it was cleaned up) and took it for a test drive. The rest was easy!
