We happened to be in Denver and my car was due for an oil change. I called Friday night right before close, and the polite woman on the other end said to bring it in at 7:00 am and we'll squeeze you in. We arrived at 7:00 and were immediately taken care of. We got comfortable in the lounge had some complementary coffee and a bite to eat. Everyone was very pleasant and Paige Dickens was very clear and concise in her explanations of what service was done to my Acura. We couldn't have asked for a better way to start our Saturday! I will drive back to Denver for any further service my car needs. They were THAT good, worth a five hour drive. More

The last time I purchased a pre-owned car I went to a high profile “let’s make a deal” used car dealer who told me this is the car you want and this is the financing you get, so I wasn't looking forward to the experience. But, Charell helped me find the car that I wanted at a price I could afford and best of all no pressure. They had just as many financing options as the other guys, but they worked with me on the loan terms with very little stress. In just a few hours I was on the road again. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable, especially Paige Dickens, she is very nice, and very helpful! The waiting room is very comfortable. I came in for an oil change, told Paige something else about my Acura that didn't feel right, she suggested rotating the tires, I had them do it and she was right! Simple problem solved, Thanks Paige! When they finished the service work, they washed my car! When my son and I got into the car when they were finished, they put 2 water bottles and two mints on my console! In my opinion, the was the biggest small gesture that was so nice. No other dealership I've been to has or will match up to the Respect and Kindness that Courtesy Acura in Littleton, showed towards me. At the other dealerships, I'd be lucky to get a handshake!
