I had just had a bad experience with another car company that sells used vehicles and needed to work with a dealer that truly had integrity. At Courtesy Acura, I worked primarily with Andrew. He used to work as a mechanic at Courtesy. There was a noise with the vehicle I was test driving. Andrew was able to quickly explain what was going on. As a former mechanic, Andrew's knowledge was excellent. I enjoyed working with Andrew as I went through the process of deciding to buy or not buy the vehicle. He gave me the space I needed to make my decision (not pushy) but yet was informative and extremely helpful. The rest of the sales team are friendly and helpful, too. I felt I could trust the team. We were in on a Friday - he even called Saturday evening - to make sure we were happy with our purchase!! Great experience!! He introduced us to Leo Falcam III - who was very patient in explaining and answering questions about the functions of the vehicle and helping us become familiar with our vehicle - and we are to come back as often as we need to learn how everything works. It definitely leaves you with a warm, fuzzy feeling!!!! We would highly recommend the dealership to anyone. Ask for Dennis - he has been there over 20yrs!! More
