But Courtesy's repair department went overboard to secure the part right away when so many were on backorder, then completed the repairs and testing within three days. Very positive experience at Courtesy Acura Recently, our lease on our 2014 RDX was coming to an end, and we wanted to see what our options were and did not intend to purchase or lease another v Recently, our lease on our 2014 RDX was coming to an end, and we wanted to see what our options were and did not intend to purchase or lease another vehicle at this time. We arrived at Courtesy Acura on South Broadway and was greeted by Daniel Strajna. Daniel was great, he explained our options and answered all our questions. While there our daughter had a small crisis and I needed to talk with her on the phone a number of times, Daniel was kind and understanding and never made me feel that I was wasting his time. When my conversation was over Daniel asked if my husband and I would like to take a test drive in the new "2017" RDX -- we agreed. We never felt pressured and we were very pleased with the ride of the RDX and all the great features. Daniel is a true professional and needless to say we leased the car -- the numbers and payment fell into place and that made us feel relaxed about the deal. My latest service experience I have owned three Acuras because they have met my driving needs and I have received such good technical support and servicing from Courtesy Acura and I have owned three Acuras because they have met my driving needs and I have received such good technical support and servicing from Courtesy Acura and in particular, from Hollie Walters. Due to my short stature, the proper fit of a motor vehicle is crucial for safety and drive ability for me. Recently the steering column adjust-ability failed, so I brought the car in for repair. Hollie listened intently and carefully to what my needs and what the existing problem was, hoping to be able to solve the issue. Seeing that it is a low mileage 2002 Acura RL, she exhaustively tried to find replacement parts, both new or used, that would solve the problem. In a months time she found three used parts that all failed, despite their best efforts to resolve the problem. During this period, Hollie made numerous calls to me to update me on the progress of the repair. Each time she clearly explained what problems were encountered and how they were trying to resolve them. Her concern and care for my situation came through loud and clear to me that my car and my problems were important to her. Finally they were able to ameliorate the problem, so that I am able to drive my car. I am sincerely grateful for all the time and effort spent by Hollie and the Courtesy Service Crew on my behalf.
