As usual, excellent customer service and attention to detail. The only slight mar in service this visit, was a delay of about 10 minutes waiting for my service person to check me in and an underestimati detail. My wife and I were looking to purchase a new SUV, and started with Acura, based on positive reviews we read in Edmunds and other publications. We met with Todd, who was very knowledgeable about the MDX and RDX, both of which we were considering. I really enjoyed Todd's easy-going approach, because it felt like he was trying to help us make a decision, not sell us a car before we were ready. I also appreciated Todd's and Courtesy Acura's honesty and follow-up. For example, when Todd prepared some initial leasing prices, he included taxes and other costs. Other dealers we visited didn't do this, which I think is less than honest. Todd also sent a follow-up email to us that afternoon, as well another the following morning, mentioning that he would provide us the Costco pricing we had asked about. That's great follow-up! Peggy recently had a very negative experience with the dealership where we purchased our Pontiac, so her level of comfort with the dealership was going to be a major factor in our buying decision. The following day, Peggy and I drove back down the hill (we live in Pine), to continue our due diligence by visiting a competitor to Acura. Infinity builds a beautiful car, but when the sales manager asked what he could do to get us to buy that day, we left the dealership and drove back to Courtesy. Todd met with us again, arranged for Peggy to test drive the MDX, and helped us find the vehicle we purchased. Courtesy's finance department also treated us with respect, which I appreciate. I didn't expect to be purchasing a car on Saturday, so we didn't have a check with us. We were able to make a partial down payment with a credit card, drove the car home that day, and Courtesy trusted Peggy to bring a check for the balance on Wednesday, when she was going to be down the hill on other business. We had a very comfortable and positive experience at this dealership and never felt like we were being pressured or pushed to make a decision. We were not intending to drive away with a car that day, but once we drove the RDX and Jeff pointed out all the awesome features we decided to get the car on the spot. Jeff addressed all of our questions and concerns and he was professional and patient with us as we made our decision about the RDX. What we liked was the fact that there was no pressure, but a straight forward approach to leasing the car. Also would like to compliment Lou Taylor and Jeremiah in finance for their friendly and straight forward approach as well. They were both very helpful in making our car leasing experience non stressful and positive. Overall, I would recommend Courtesy Acura to others - kudos to the staff!! The experience at Courtesy Acura was amazing. Dennis made sure we had everything we needed before we left the dealership including my Bluetooth set up! I did a lot of internet research on the car I wanted and ultimately decided on a 2013 or 2014 AWD Acura RDX with the Tech Package. I sent an email out to a number of Colorado dealers who--according to my re ultimately decided on a 2013 or 2014 AWD Acura RDX with the Tech Package. I sent an email out to a number of Colorado dealers who--according to my research--had a vehicle matching my criteria. Sean with Courtesy Acura was one of the first to respond with answers to ALL my questions. Sean was great and promptly answered all the follow-up emails and phone calls I made. When I indicated I would be interested in an Acura Certified Pre-Owned vehicle, Sean made sure the vehicle in which I was interested was inspected and passed through the CPO process on short notice. Both he and Will answered all my questions honestly. At no point did I feel like I was being duped or that they were withholding the truth. I would definitely recommend anyone interested in a new vehicle consider Courtesy Acura. I know I will next time! More

From the moment that we arrived at the dealership we were treated with the best customer service that we have ever experienced while shopping for a car. My wife had spoken to John on the phone regarding a car she saw on the website and was quoted a great price over the phone and we set up an appointment for a test drive that afternoon. We arrived at the dealership and were taken care of by Kerry because John had to leave. Kerry allowed us to drive the car home to make sure that it would fit in the garage and take it for a proper test drive, not just around the block. We loved the car and purchased it that afternoon. During the purchase process we were not pressured and Kerry and Jeremiah took plenty of time to explain everything to us in detail about the car and the financing. In addition, Lou, the concierge, then took the time to explain some of the details on the car, and set up an appointment with us to come to our house and go over the nav system and any other questions that we had about the car. Lou spent two hours with us and we came away with a very good understanding of all of the technical details of the car. We thoroughly enjoyed this transaction and will recommend Courtesy to our friends that are looking for a vehicle. More
