I went in looking for an Acura MDX but drove a couple and they were not a fit for me. Kerry kept trying to suggest other cars but I was pretty picky he finally just told me to drive the Lexus they had. I r they were not a fit for me. Kerry was very patient with me and the dealership stayed late to make sure I got what I wanted at a price and financing options I could live with. He was excellent in getting me to the car that was the best fit for me even though I didn't know what it was at the time. I now adore my new (at least new for me!) car. More

Kerry was excellent with the overall car buying experiance. Kerry ordered the color I wanted and the dealership gave me a loaner car while the new car was being shipped in. Dennis was great! We initially went in and just looked at cars. Our second visit we called ahead and told Dennis we were debating between an MDX and an RDX. When we arrived at the dealership both cars were r cars. Our second visit we called ahead and told Dennis we were debating between an MDX and an RDX. When we arrived at the dealership both cars were ready and waiting for us to test drive. We enjoyed driving the vehicles without a salesman present. Our third time in Dennis was out that day and we had to deal with another salesman. He was not as organized or as knowledgable as Dennis and gave us some incorrect information. We purchased a car, and afterwards Dennis called to check on our experience. We told him about the incorrect information we were provided by the other salesman (and sales manager) and he promptly looked into it. Dennis made sure the sales manager/dealership rectified the situation to our satisfaction. We are now very happy with our purchase experience and would go to back to Dennis for our next purchase! Overall our experience was positive. Charell was new to the dealership and was not able to competently set up the blue tooth phone features or explain the Sirius/XM console, but we figured it out on our ow the dealership and was not able to competently set up the blue tooth phone features or explain the Sirius/XM console, but we figured it out on our own.
